💪 Make ‘em earn every point
This week’s epic point is a grind in the best way possible. A 30-shot rally puts both teams on attack or defense, with neither side giving an inch… until it finally ends with a filthy ATP winner.
A reminder to never give up and make ’em earn every point! 🙌

🎾 Typti: Is tennis launching a challenger to pickleball?
Pickleball might not be the only game eyeing your local courts anymore. This week in El Segundo, California, a brand-new racket sport called Typti made its debut at the California Smash event, and yes, it’s being played on pickleball courts.
What makes this interesting is who is behind it. Typti is the brainchild of Steve Bellamy, the founder of the Tennis Channel, and it’s backed by a mix of tennis-minded investors and celebrity names. The pitch? A fast, accessible racquet sport designed to appeal to players who love tennis but never fully bought into pickleball.
Sound familiar?
The timing is telling. As pickleball continues to dominate court conversions and rec participation, this feels less like coincidence and more like a response. Tennis isn’t ignoring pickleball anymore. It’s experimenting, adapting, and maybe even trying to win some players back.
Will it work? Hard to say. Pickleball didn’t win by being flashy. It won by being simple, social, and sticky.
