Kyle, That Pickleball Guy, back again…

The biggest mistake I see players make when they get off-balance is they put their head down, they panic, and they try to hit a speed up “all or nothing” winner!

You see, when you’re off balance at the kitchen line, with your head down, you have no vision of where your opponents are on the court. Or, what their counter positions are.

So, don’t speed it up.

Instead, hit a reset ball back to the middle of the court. This allows you the time to get back to a balanced position.

Then, later in the point you can speed the ball up.

Don’t make a complicated shot when you’re off-balance, reset the ball and go for the winner later when you’re in a better position to do so.
