Ever wondered how the pros consistently hit perfect resets from the middle of the court?
They all do this one thing I'll share with you nowā¦
Whenever the ballās a short hopāa ball that bounces low at your feetāamateur players have their paddles facing down.
When they hit the ball back this way, it pops up. Giving your opponent an easy next shot.
The pro players angle their paddles sideways! So when they hit the ball back, they have more control as their paddle face is closed.
