🔥 Head of Engineering

We’re looking for a top 1% tech lead. Someone who can grow, mentor, and drive lean & mean engineering teams to build incredible customer-facing products.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to design & build products that will power rec pickleball for hundreds of thousands (and hopefully millions!) of players.

• $175,000/year salary

• 2-3% equity

• $500/month towards healthcare (US employees)

🫶 Head of Content

We’re looking for a top-notch content lead. You’re an affiliate marketing expert, ready to lead a team of writers, editors and creators to build our business and brand through content.

You’ll lead the creation of engaging content like reviews, buyer’s guides, how-to’s, and soon video formats. And get loads of free gear from paddle companies, I promise that!

• $100,000/year salary

• 0.25-0.5% equity

• $500/month towards healthcare (US employees)

🙌 Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We’re looking for a professional software developer with 5+ years experience, including full-stack web and mobile development. Expertise in TypeScript, React, React Native, PostgreSQL, and modern web development frameworks.

You’ll get to build the amazing features that power Pickleheads like payments, round robin formats, leagues (coming soon!) and more.

• $140,000/year salary

• 0.25-0.5% equity

• $500/month towards healthcare (US employees)

💪 Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role with 2+ years experience.

You’ll get to work with pickleball organizers all over the country and help them provide a great player experience with the Pickleheads platform.

• $80,000/year salary

• 0.25% equity

• Cash bonus structure

• $500/month towards healthcare (US employees)
