🦃 Rallying for a cause: 24 hours for 500 turkeys

This week, Delaware local pickleball pro Johnny Pickles is rallying for a good cause.
Starting noon on November 8, he’ll take the court at Dill Dinkers in Newport, DE, aiming to play 24 hours of nonstop singles pickleball (with just 5-minute breaks each hour).
But this isn’t about breaking records, it’s about breaking cycles of food insecurity.
Johnny’s partnering with the Food Bank of Delaware to raise funds for 500 turkeys to feed families in need this holiday season.
Just $14 provides one turkey, and anyone can chip in, play a match against him, or stop by to cheer him on.
I’ve played some marathon sessions before, but 24 hours straight? That’s next-level dedication — both to the game and the community.
Donate, sign up to play, or just show your support — and help Johnny turn every rally into a meal.👇
