I don’t think I’ve been this excited for a product review since…. well… ever.
Meet the HomePlunge H3: turn any bathtub in your house into a therapeutic cold plunge (as low as 34 degrees 🥶)
I’ve been a diehard believer in cold plunging for over 10 years now.
The benefits are too many to name: fast recovery, lower inflammation, improved mood and focus.
If I play a hard 2-hour session, my body is wrecked for days. But if I cold plunge, the soreness goes away and I’m ready the next day.
Then the mental part: when I plunge, I feel good all day. My mind is clear.
And it sounds crazy but I actually play better. I’m more patient on the court. More relaxed. I make better shot selections.

But here’s the challenge: until now I could only plunge maybe once a week at a place across town. I always said if I could do it every day, I would. And now I can…
The HomePlunge H3 worked exactly as advertised:
Chills below 40 degrees in just a couple hours
No louder than a fan after setup
Rolls on wheels and doesn’t take up much space
The H3 is $2,999. Not a casual purchase, sure. But I've tested a lot of products through Pickleheads and I genuinely don't think I've recommended anything that I believe in more since the Erne.
I think it's one of the best investments you can make in your health. And for Pickleheads readers they’ve got an exclusive offer!
Use code PICKLEHEADS for $300 off plus 4 free accessories worth $500 — don't forget to add the bath robe, insulator, bath stone, and drip pan to your cart for a total of $800 savings.

🤾 This simple trick will stop you getting targeted
Stoked to welcome back Kyle from That Pickleball School for this week’s Level Up.
Hey Pickleheads readers,
Getting targeted in a game? It’s one of the worst feelings. Tension creeps in, and with it comes a lot of pressure.
Here’s how to flip the script.
First option: go down the line
Dink down the line and watch what happens. Most players will naturally send the next ball crosscourt, which gives you more space and a chance to reset the point.
If that’s not working… change the picture.
Second option: dink and move (Erne threat)
Go down the line again, but this time follow it. Step across into an Erne position and suddenly you’re not the easy target anymore.
Now your opponent sees two players closing in. Pressure shifts. Decisions get rushed.
Even better, this movement helps bring your partner into the point, making it harder for opponents to isolate you.
This won’t solve everything overnight. But instead of just absorbing pressure, you’re now creating it back.

🏌️♀️ Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club

This is what happens when pickleball meets five-star island life.
Crisp blue courts, palm trees everywhere, and that ridiculous Anguilla coastline sitting just beyond the fence. You’ve got space to play, shade when you need it, and views that make it very hard to stay locked into the score.
It’s polished, it’s relaxed, and it somehow still feels like a place you could grind out a proper session… before wandering off for a swim or a ‘light’ refreshment. 🍻🍹
